structure, roof, plumbing, heating, cooling, electrical systems,
built in kitchen appliances, attic insulation, windows, grading, and
drainage of the property. Pools are included in the report at no
extra cost. These systems and components will be inspected for
conditions that may affect their proper operation or safety. Average
life expectancy is noted where appropriate.
Do I need to be present during the inspection?
By accompanying the inspector the homeowner can observe, ask
questions and benefit from the knowledge and experience. Above all,
the homeowner or potential homeowner can make a well informed
decision and learn preventative maintenance too!

describe its condition and indicate what actions are needed, if any.
